- Dispatcher / Customer Service – A steady, clear communicator who can handle a full schedule, talk to a worried homeowner on a cold December morning, and keep the crew informed without drama.

If you’ve spent time in HVAC, roofing, construction, plumbing, or any trade that puts you in homes solving problems with your hands, more carries over than you think. Comfort working at height, spatial awareness, reading a situation before you open your mouth – those aren’t things we can teach in a classroom, and they matter more than a specific credential.
What we do teach: chimney anatomy, combustion basics, how to run a Level-2 camera inspection, liner installation, masonry repair methods, and how to explain a plain-English verdict to a homeowner who just wants to know if their fireplace is safe. The first months are structured – you’ll work alongside a lead tech on real jobs, not on a practice wall in a warehouse. By the time you’re running calls on your own, you’ll have a clear picture of what the work actually is and whether it fits you. Most people know pretty quickly. The ones who stay, tend to stay a long time.
